Genuinely had the most amazing two weeks of my life on the big south trip. We were so well looked after the only thing we had to think about was what activities to do the following day. Tom was a fantastic tour guide, always up for a laugh, very knowledgeable and just one of the gang! The small group sizes on Wild Kiwi trips made it really easy to get to know people. Couldn’t recommend this trip enough, thanks for the best two weeks guys, I will definitely be back again for the north island :-)

If more companies were run this way, the world would be a better place! ☺️ All around incredible people from the above and beyond assistance of Hannah and Emily in the office, for answering all the questions and helping out even while on tour, handling any challenges. To the incredible guides: Telli is an absolute legend. Don't let the tattoos fool you, he's a goof with a heart of gold. Had the fun of having him for the North Island part of my two week tour (NZ Explorer).

The tour of the North of the South Island was amazing, I was welcomed by my peers and had the chance to do some priceless activities with some great people and even had a chance to do some solo exploring between activities. Our tour guide Tom, was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun and kept us all fed and entertained and was a great guy generally.
I would recommend Wild Kiwi and WILL be returning for another tour within the next year.
Thanks Tom and the rest of Wild Kiwi for making the best week of my life......so far 😀
In all seriousness though, thanks to all three guides for making it a truly memorable trip around Aotearoa. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Just wrapped my first Wild Kiwi week on the Northern route with Tegan as our guide…and wow, what can I say except wow. I’ve travelled for a long time, and been on a lot of tours, and I can easily say this will stick in memory for a lifetime. I revisited a lot of New Zealand that I’ve seen before or activities I’ve done, but this trip will be lasting awesome memories because of the vibe of everyone on the trip and atmosphere Tegan created. Her knowledge and passion of Māori culture, but also all indigenous cultures everywhere, stood out so much. Really made an impact on the trip itself. Places weren’t just places and activities weren’t just activities, this Wild Kiwi trip around the North Island just made it so much more. Hard to put it all into a review really. Hats off to you Tegan for all the energy and passion you bring, don’t ever change! And never let the eel dance die. 😂 Good luck on further adventures!!! To the group that unfortunately had to split up a bit after this week, you all were amazing people to share in an adventure. Sad for this trip to end…but here’s to the next two weeks!
