Skydive vs Bungee Jump
By Wild Kiwi Team published on 20 April 2017
So you’ve decided you want to challenge yourself to something outrageously adventurous on your Wild Kiwi Tour, but how do you decide between a skydive and a bungee jump? Well, we have to admit that we recommend both, but if you aren’t ready to commit to both (you’re not alone, don’t worry, it took us a little while to muster the courage!) we’ve put together this short post which will, hopefully, help you make your decision.
Be Brave And Bungee Jump On Your Wild Kiwi Tour
If we’re talking ultimate fear factor, we reckon bungee jumping is up there with the scariest things it’s possible to do. You’ll have to fight everything your mind and body are telling you to make that leap off the platform, and then your adrenaline will kick in as you experience the most incredible freefall. You’ll also get a quick surge of zero gravity as you’re flung back up, before freefalling again. We know it sounds pretty terrifying, but it’s actually one of the most empowering experiences and you’re sure to feel as though you can take on the world once your feet are back on solid ground. And what could be better than that?
Send Your Wild Kiwi Tour Into Overdrive With A Spectacular Skydive
You won’t be on your own during your first skydive, in fact you’ll have a skydiving expert strapped to your back, which you should totally think of as a highly responsible and reliable backpack. If you get up there and decide you don’t want to do it they won’t force you, but they’ll do their very best to ensure you feel as relaxed as it’s possible to be before you throw yourself out of a plane at 14,000 feet. You’ll experience the same adrenaline inducing freefall as bungee jumping, before your parachute deploys and you can enjoy the view as you fly serenely back down to earth.
Is one better than the other? Definitely not! But they are very different, and whichever one you choose will be the most incredible adventure that you won’t regret!
